Using this website

PhilCanAuto.ca provides information about vehicle financing, refinancing and vehicle equity loans, and lets you apply online. Information on this site is general in nature and is not an offer of credit.

Financing is subject to approval

All financing is subject to lender approval (O.A.C.). Rates, terms, payments and amounts vary based on your credit history, income, vehicle and the lender. Submitting an application does not guarantee approval.

Consents you give when you apply

When you sign the financing application, you give the following consents. Each is separate:

• Accuracy — you confirm the information in your application is true and complete to the best of your knowledge.
• Credit authorization — you authorize PhilCan Auto and its lending partners to obtain your credit report and verify the information provided for the purpose of assessing this financing application.
• Application contact — you agree that PhilCan Auto may contact you by phone, text message or email about this application.

Marketing messages are separate and optional. PhilCan Auto will only send you occasional offers and updates if you tick that box, and you can unsubscribe at any time. Saying no does not affect your application.

Your electronic signature

Typing your full legal name in the signature field is your electronic signature. It has the same effect as signing a paper application, and the date and time you sign are recorded with your submission.

Information we will never ask for online

Do not enter your Social Insurance Number (SIN), banking details or identity documents on this website. If a lender needs any of these, a PhilCan Auto specialist will collect them securely with you directly.
